Which matches are included in the Season Membership Plus?
The Season Membership Plus will include entry to the last four home Gallagher Premiership matches of the 2020/21 season vs. Sale Sharks, Bath Rugby, Worcester Warriors and Leicester Tigers, and all home Gallagher Premiership matches, as well as the home European pool stage games, during the 2021/22 season. Premiership Cup and knockout stage fixtures are NOT included in the package.
What happens if supporters are allowed back into Ricoh Arena before the end of March?
If supporters are allowed back into stadiums before the end of March 2021, Season Members will be guaranteed a set price match ticket per game of £10 for adults and £5 for concessions and entered into any ballots if they are needed due to capacity restrictions.
Will BT Sport still be offering a Match Pass?
The Club has once again teamed up with BT Sport to offer free of charge viewing, via the BT Sport App, of any Wasps Gallagher Premiership home games played behind closed doors made available for broadcast during the 2020/21 season. BT Sport reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
How much will my Season Membership Plus cost?
The amount you actually pay will depend on whether or not you have requested credit from the 2019/20, and when you buy. If your Adult Season Membership Plus is priced at £490 and you buy within the renewal period and have £125 of credit, the price of your Season Membership Plus would be £350. I applied for credit for the remaining 2019/20 matches. Can I use this to pay?
Any Season Member who has requested credit from the 2019/20 season will have this automatically applied to their Season Membership ‘Plus’ renewal.
Please note that applications for credit and refunds from the 2019/20 season are no longer being accepted.
What is the COVID-19 credit and refund policy?
If any of the four 2020/21 season games included in the Season Membership ‘Plus’ are played behind closed doors, we will credit the pro-rata value of each match to the Season Member’s account which can then be used to purchase match tickets during the 2021/22 Season. If any of the 2021/22 season games included in the Season Membership ‘Plus’ are played behind closed doors, we will credit the pro-rata value of each match to the Season Member’s account which can then be taken as a refund or used towards future ticket purchases.
When is the renewal deadline?
Existing Season Members have until 10am on Friday 8 January to renew their seat and benefit from the renewal price. After this date you may not be able to purchase the same seat and the new Season Member price will be applied.
When do Season Memberships go on general sale?
Season Memberships will be on general sale from 10am on Monday 30 November.
Can I use my Buzz Points?
Due to a very limited and inconsistent use of Buzz Points by supporters, along with difficulties in administering these, we will no longer be offering the Buzz Points loyalty scheme and, as such, these can’t be redeemed against Season Membership purchases. We are offering 2019/20 Season Members a renewal discount instead and hope to introduce a new loyalty scheme in due course. Please note that the Buzz Points scheme has now closed, and all points have been voided.
Do I keep the same seat for every game?
Season Members are not guaranteed access to their usual seat and/or area of the Stadium at this current time. In order to maximise attendance when the Stadium is operating with social distancing and at reduced capacity, the specific seats which are made available for each match will be determined by the Club. When the Stadium is operating at full capacity, members in Category 3 and 4 may be requested to move to alternate seats for European pool stage matches. Please note that Premiership Cup and knockout stage fixtures are not included within the Season Membership Plus and seats will be allocated accordingly if purchased by Season Members.
We come to the game as a family. Can we still sit together?
We have designed a socially distanced seating plan in such a way that you will still be able to sit in close proximity to one another and across the same row, subject to availability.
If there are ticket ballots, can we apply to sit as a group?
Group ballot applications will be accepted for linked Season Memberships Plus (up to a maximum of 6 and subject to relevant regulations). To link your accounts, please follow the instructions as set out here. If for any reason you cannot renew together online, please call the Ticket Office for assistance.
I have a 2019/20 Season Membership, but I want to choose a different seat. When can I do this?
If you wish to move seats then simply call the Ticket Office who will be able to assist, although please bear in mind that all 2019/20 seats will be reserved until 10am on Friday 8 January. Only supporters who have already purchased their Season Membership Plus will be able to move into any newly available seats on Friday 8 January at 12pm. If you haven’t purchased by 10am on Friday 8 January then you will need to wait until 10am on Monday 11 January to select from the newly available seats which have become available after seat reservations are removed. Any seat moves into new categories will be charged the relevant price for that area.
I am a current Season Member and want to buy additional memberships. What are my options?
As a current Season Member, you can buy additional seats at any time. Please note that the location of any additional seats will be subject to availability. Additional seats will be charged at full price.
I would like to buy Season Memberships for my children. Is there any restriction as to where they may sit?
Ricoh Arena is a family-friendly venue and, as such, children can hold a Season Membership in any category of the stadium. Although there is a fee for those aged 11 and under in some areas of the stadium, memberships for this age bracket are free of charge in Category 3 and 4 areas. Please note that up to two free of charge 11 and under tickets are available per one full paying adult, 18-25 or 65 & over membership.
Season Memberships for supporters 11 and under are intended to be used on a regular basis by the named holder and the Club reserves the right to suspend the Membership if not used in this way. Memberships will not be issued to supporters aged 2 and under. Supporters aged 2 and under are entitled to be carried through the turnstiles if they then sit on the parent’s/guardian’s lap during the match.
What are the benefits of being a Season Member?
The very best deal over the course of the next two campaigns is with a Season Membership Plus, even with the specific match promotions that we run throughout those seasons.
Supporters purchasing a Season Membership Plus will also be the first supporters back in Ricoh Arena when it’s deemed safe to return and, due to social distancing measures, it’s possibly the only way to watch Wasps in person in 2020/21.
As a Season Member ‘Plus’ you will be able to take advantage of a range of exclusive benefits including your name printed on a limited edition playing shirt to be worn by the team and on our ‘Fan Wall’ in the Ricoh Arena tunnel (available to those renewing by Friday 18 December at 10am), two free tickets for selected regular season game during the 2021/22 season for friends and family, flexible payment terms, the option to relocate your seat, invitations to exclusive events, offers on Official Club retail, priority on knockout stage tickets and free entry to any women’s team matches played at Ricoh Arena.
Do I need to carry ID if I purchase a concession ticket?
Regular checks are made on concession ticket usage at the turnstiles. Any supporters purchasing age-related concession prices are advised to bring a form of identification with them to the match. Staff may challenge anyone considered not to be a genuine concession and request proof of age. Misuse of a Season Membership may result in the holder being refused entry to or ejected from the ground in respect of a particular match and/or the cancellation and withdrawal of their Season Membership.
As of the 2020/21 season we do need to see proof for all concessionary members.
Is a Finance Option in place?
Season Memberships are available to purchase using a Premium Credit Limited instalment plan, with a 12 month payment plan option initially available. Please note that a 4 month and 8 month option will be added soon. You can apply to purchase your Season Membership Plus online using Premium Credit directly via the AXS ticketing website. You must be at least 18 years or older at the date of your application. In choosing our finance option, you are also agreeing to enrol for automatic renewal for the 2022/23 season. Other Terms and Conditions apply. Acceptance subject to credit status.
Will I receive a new Season Member card for the 2020/21 season?
The club has kept all Season Member Cards active from last season to allow supporters to use their current card for access.
It is very important that supporters bring their confirmation email with them to each match as this will reference your seat details for each individual match. Any seat details printed on your Season Member card should be ignored.
We will also be using our stadium’s technological capabilities to introduce a contactless digital ticket. This will eventually see all Season Members and Match Ticket Purchasers entering the stadium using their mobile device, rather than their Member Card, E-Ticket or Paper Ticket. More details will be shared in due course.
What options are available due to my accessibility requirements?
Ricoh Arena is an accessible stadium which caters for all wheelchair or ambulant disabled supporters. Any supporter that may require wheelchair access or an ambulant disabled Season Membership Plus should contact the Ticket Office directly on 02476 786 411 or email@example.com.
Can I renew my seasonal parking permit?
Due to uncertainty around fixtures, all 2019/20 parking permit holders will have the option to purchase parking on a match by match basis for any games they attend. Please contact the Wasps Ticket Office for more details.
Can I buy a subscription for the matchday programme?
Please note that the matchday programme will no longer be available via a subscription service.
Can I renew my Clubhouse membership?
Due to uncertainty around fixtures and current social distancing requirements, it will not be possible to renew Clubhouse memberships at this time. More details will be announced in due course.
