What matches are included in the 2021/22 Season Memberships?
The 2021/22 Wasps Season Membership includes all home Gallagher Premiership and European pool stages matches. Premiership Cup and knockout stage fixtures are NOT included in the package.
When do Season Memberships go on sale?
Season Memberships will be on sale online from 10am on Friday 25 June.
I applied for credit for the remaining 2019/20 matches. Can I use this to pay?
Any supporter with Season Membership credit from the 2019/20 season will be able to use this when purchasing. Please contact the Ticket Office for details.

Can I use Buzz Points?
Due to a very limited and inconsistent use of Buzz Points by supporters, along with difficulties in administering these, we will no longer be offering the Buzz Points loyalty scheme and, as such, these can’t be redeemed against Season Membership purchases. We hope to introduce a new loyalty scheme in due course. Please note that the Buzz Points scheme has now closed, and all points have been voided.
What is the COVID-19 credit and refund policy?
We understand some supporters may be hesitant about purchasing as Season Membership due to a risk of ongoing restrictions being in place. We can reassure supporters that if any of the 2021/22 games included in the Season Membership are played behind closed doors, we will make the pro-rata value of each of those matches available as credit which can then be taken as a refund or used towards future ticket purchases.
Do I keep the same seat for every game?
When the Stadium is operating at full capacity, those supporters purchasing Category 1 +, Category 1 and Category 2 Season Memberships will have an allocated seat for all home Gallagher Premiership and European pool stage matches. Season Members in Category 3 and 4 may be requested to move to alternate seats for European pool stage matches. Please note that Premiership Cup, knockout stage fixtures and friendlies are not included within the 2021/22 Season Memberships and seats will be allocated accordingly if these matches are purchased by or made available to Season Members.
Season Members are not guaranteed access to their usual seat and/or area of the Stadium if matches are played with COVID-19 restrictions in place. In order to maximise attendance when the Stadium is operating with social distancing and at reduced capacity, the specific seats which are made available for each match will be determined by the Club.

My 2019/20 Season Member seat is no longer available to purchase. Why is this?
All seats from the 2019/20 season were made offered for purchase during the Season Membership Plus sales period. Therefore, they may no longer be available. We have also made certain rows and blocks unavailable for Season Members to purchase in order to better manage the stadium and overall capacity next season.
I am a current Season Membership Plus holder and want to buy additional memberships. What are my options?
You can buy additional seats at any time. Please note that the location of any additional seats will be subject to availability.
I would like to buy Season Memberships for my children. Is there any restriction as to where they may sit?
Coventry Building Society Arena is a family-friendly venue and, as such, children can hold a Season Membership in any category of the stadium. Although there is a fee for those aged 11 and under in some areas of the stadium, memberships for this age bracket are free of charge in Category 3 and 4 areas. Please note that up to two free of charge 11 and under tickets are available per one full paying Adult, Young Adult or Senior membership.
Season Memberships for supporters 11 and Under are intended to be used on a regular basis by the named holder and the Club reserves the right to suspend the Membership if not used in this way. Memberships will not be issued to supporters aged 2 and under. Supporters aged 2 and under are entitled to be carried through the turnstiles if they then sit on the parent’s/guardian’s lap during the match.
What are the benefits of being a Season Member?
Even if you take up the occasional promotional offer during a ticket drive for a big game or a fixture that needs added support, Season Members are promised the best value across the course of the campaign.
As a Season Member, you automatically receive additional perks and discounts – entry to all home ‘A’ league games, cheaper upgrades to hospitality, discounted rates at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel at the Coventry Building Society Arena, exclusive discounts and offers from Wasps’ Partners, entry into the England Rugby international ticket ballot, early access to purchase additional tickets for our big games and invites to exclusive Season Member events.
Do I need to carry ID if I purchase a concession ticket?
Regular checks are made on concession ticket usage at the turnstiles. Any supporters purchasing age-related concession prices are advised to bring a form of identification with them to the match. Staff may challenge anyone considered not to be a genuine concession and request proof of age. Misuse of a Season Memberships may result in the holder being refused entry to or ejected from the ground in respect of a particular match and/or the cancellation and withdrawal of their Season Membership.
Is a Finance Option in place?
Season Memberships are available to purchase using a Premium Credit Limited instalment plan, with both an 8-month and 4-month payment plan option available. You can apply to purchase your Season Membership online using Premium Credit directly via the AXS ticketing website. You must be at least 18 years or older at the date of your application. In choosing our finance option, you are also agreeing to enrol for automatic renewal for the 2022/23 season. However, you can cancel this option by contacting Premium Credit Limited on 0344 736 9836.

Will I receive a new Season Member card for the 2021/22 season?
The club has kept all Season Member Cards active from the 2019/20 season to allow supporters to use their current card for access.
It is very important that supporters bring their confirmation email with them to each match as this will reference your seat details for each individual match. Any seat details printed on your Season Member card should be ignored.
We will also be using our stadium’s technological capabilities to introduce a contactless digital ticket. This will eventually see all Season Members and Match Ticket Purchasers entering the stadium using their mobile device, rather than their Member Card, E-Ticket or Paper Ticket. More details will be shared in due course.
What options are available due to my accessibility requirements?
Coventry Building Society Arena is an accessible stadium which caters for wheelchair and ambulant disabled supporters. Any supporter that may require wheelchair access or an ambulant disabled Season Membership should contact the Club directly on 02476 786 411.
Do you have any seasonal parking permits available?
Seasonal parking spaces are currently reserved for those supporters who held a permit during the 2019/20 season.
Any supporter purchasing a 2021/22 Season Membership who also held a parking permit for the 2019/20 season, please contact the Ticket Office for more information.
Any supporter with a Season Membership Plus who also held a parking permit for the 2019/20 season, please login to your AXS account to purchase. Please note that any available parking credit has already been applied.
Please be aware that it may be necessary for the Club to reallocate your permit to an alternative onsite car park.
Please note that we will no longer be offering a printed matchday programme.
Can I renew my Clubhouse membership?
We are currently assessing the impact of ongoing building work at the arena so it will not be possible to renew Clubhouse memberships at this time. More details will be announced in due course.
What happens if I lose my Season Member Card during the season?
Please phone the Ticket Office on 02476 786 411 or visit us in person (matchdays only) and we will be able to replace your card. There is a £15 administration fee.
Can Season Members upgrade their tickets on a match by match basis?
For the 2021/22 season we will allow Season Members to upgrade their Season Membership a maximum of 3 times, plus evening games.
Season Members can do this by calling the Ticket Office on 02476 786 411 or visiting the Ticket Office in person (matchdays only) and paying the appropriate upgrade fee. Supporters are advised to do this in advance of matchday to avoid matchday queues. Upgrade prices will be confirmed once matchday prices have been announced.
