Captain Joe Launchbury and fellow England summer tourists Elliot Daly, Dan Robson and Nathan Hughes have all been named to face Ulster at the Ricoh on Friday evening (7.30pm kick off).
Launchbury partners Will Rowlands in the second row, operating behind Ben Harris, Tom Cruse and new signing Kieran Brookes.
Alongside Hughes in the back row another summer recruit, Joe Atkinson, retains the No.7 shirt he wore against Connacht last weekend, while the returning Nizaam Carr is named on the blindside flank.
Behind the scrum, Daly forms an all-international centre partnership with Springbok Juan De Jongh.
Meanwhile, Christian Wade and Josh Bassett combine with Rob Miller in a pacy back three and new signing Billy Searle joins Robson at half-back.
Replacements Charlie Matthews and Michael Le Bourgeois join Brookes, Atkinson and Searle in making black-and-gold home debuts, while Georgian international prop Zura Zhvania is in line to make his first Wasps appearance from the bench.
Director of Rugby David Young said:
“This is an important game for us, as it is our last outing before the Premiership gets underway.
“We must build on the pre-season work put in over the last couple of months, and in particular take a step forward from last weekend in Connacht.
“We had three very competitive games with Ulster last season – pre-season in Belfast then at home and back in the Kingspan Stadium in the European Cup.
“Like us, they are getting close to the start of a new league campaign, so we are expecting it to be a really good workout.”
