Dai Young’s team face Midlands rivals Northampton and Worcester plus Bristol and Gloucester in the newly-launched Cup.
The pool stages of the competition, which replaces the Anglo-Welsh Cup and has a total prize pool of over £500,000, take place in two blocks during October/November and January/February.
The black-and-golds begin their campaign at Gloucester’s Kingsholm home on Saturday October 27 (kick off 3pm).
Back-to-back home games then see the Saints and the newly-promoted Bears visit the Ricoh Arena on Sunday November 4 and Sunday November 11 respectively, with both games kicking off at 3pm.
Wasps’ pool three campaign concludes with a trip to Sixways to face the Warriors on February 1, 2 or 3 (details to be confirmed).
The newly-launched competition structures the Gallagher Premiership’s 12 clubs into pools of four with each club facing their rivals once. The fourth round of pool-stage action comprises a ‘derby day’ game against a club from one of the other pools.
The three pool winners plus the best-placed runner-up progress into the semi-finals, from which the two finalists emerge.
The final takes place on March 16 at the home ground of the highest seeded team.
