Wasps are offering businesses the chance to have their name on one of the largest screens in UK sport.
A new 188 square metre high resolution in-bowl super wide LED screen is set to be switched on in the Ricoh Arena’s South Stand this Autumn as Wasps get their 2018/19 season underway, and the club have created new ways for businesses to communicate with hundreds of thousands of rugby fans.
Companies are being invited to sponsor key moments of a typical rugby match where all eyes will be on the screen. This includes instances such as the pre-game battle cry, team line-ups, action replays, referee decisions and the attendance as well as half-time birthday announcements.
A new LED scoreboard and clock on the mid-tier of the Ricoh Arena’s West Stand has also been installed, enabling companies to display their logo and message either side of the board.
James Wootton, Head of Commercial Sales at Wasps, said: “The installation of the new LED screens is giving businesses the chance to be part of the Ricoh Arena’s exciting digital journey, which will continue to evolve with other technological developments over the coming months.
“Demand is high and we have already had a number of enquires over the summer about advertising on the main screen since the installation was announced.”
