Wasps Academy Stakeholder Forums

Date: 13 Dec 2018

Wasps Academy will be running three Stakeholder Forums in the week commencing Monday 7 January at Old Coventrians RFC in Warwickshire, Gosford All Blacks RFC in Oxfordshire and Aylesbury RFC in Buckinghamshire.

These sessions will include a look at the Academy pathway, the talent identification process and W.A.S.P., U13 DPP nominations and engaging with Wasps Academy.

Wasps Academy are hosting three sessions this year, instead of the usual one at Ricoh Arena, in the hope that current and potential stakeholders (schools, clubs, teachers, coaches, managers, officials and parents) across our three academy regions can attend.

Coach Development & Pathways Manager Matt Williams said: “This is a great opportunity for us as Academy Staff to explain and discuss what happens at all levels within the Academy setting and for our stakeholders to ask us questions.”

The first session at Old Coventrians RFC kicks things off on Monday 7 January from 6:30pm till 8:30pm.

Then on Wednesday 9 January the session comes to Gosford All Blacks RFC with the same timings as Monday.

Finally, the Forums finish with a session on Friday 11 January at Aylesbury RFC, again with the same timings as the previous sessions.

All of the sessions are free to attend.

If you would like to attend any of the sessions please book by contacting Lydia Robbins on Lydia.robbins@wasps.co.uk
