Wasps A side for semi final against Gloucester United

Date: 24 Apr 2017

Wasps have named their A team side to travel to Gloucester this evening for the 7.30pm kick off at Kingsholm Stadium.

Wasps A’s bonus point 51-26 win against Newcastle Falcons last time out saw Wasps finish second in the Northern Conference and took the squad through to a semi final for the first time since 2008/09 against Southern Conference table toppers Gloucester United.

Wasps A will again be captained by Craig Hampson. The backline remains unchanged for the third match in a row.

In the pack, Tom Bristow and David Langley, from Cambridge RFC, come into the front row as Tom West and Tom Heard of Nottingham RFC are named among the replacements.

Gloucester United's team includes Matt Kvesic, Darren Dawidiuk and England U20 prop Ciaran Knight.

Tickets for the game cost £5 for adults, and £1 for juniors and can be purchased online beforehand by clicking here or on the gate.
