Don’t miss the The Big Sting!
Date: 24 Apr 2018
Join us on Sunday 29th April for The ‘Big Sting’ where we take on local rivals Northampton Saints in the last home Premiership fixture and bid to secure a play off spot!
It’s also the Big Send Off for Wasps legends James Haskell and Danny Cipriani. Both of these amazing players will be leaving the club at the end of the season and it’s a chance for the fans to say thank you. See Sam Jones being interviewed at half time and also wish Guy Thompson, Marty Moore and Guy Armitage good luck as they move on to pastures new.
The Wasps Nest indoor Fan Village, hosted by local radio presenter Brody Swain, is open from 12.30pm with food outlets, bars plus live music from Wired and The Peas. In addition to the Wasps Interactive Zone and the inflatable rugby pitch there will be face painting, a magician, circus skills area, a stilt walker plus competitions and fun for the whole family. There is also the chance to sign our giant 150th Wasps shirt in the fan village.
Outside visit Land Rover and try out the Batak challenge and the youngsters can experience the electric mini defender and Formula E car.
In addition to all of this we have The Big Sing 🎤 with Coventry choir Local Vocals , The Big Dance with the Godiva Academy of Performing Arts and Romero Schools and The Big Race - where mascots Sting and Bernie will be competing against each other at half time!
