Date: 7 Jun 2022

Wasps are delighted to announce that Backrow forward Ben Morris has extended his contract with the Club.

The 6ft 3in 30-year-old has pulled on the Black and Gold shirt 53 times since joining in 2018.

Morris, a powerful ball-carrier, has featured in 7 Gallagher Premiership games this season.

Wasps Men’s Head Coach, Lee Blackett, said: “We are delighted that Ben has committed his future to the Club.

“Every time Ben steps out on the field you know what you get. He’s a player who is fully committed to the club and has showed it this year with his performances on the field.

“We look forward to him further adding value to a very competitive backrow.”

Morris added: “I am buzzing to have extended my time at Wasps. There’s something special about this group, and I can’t wait to get stuck in ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.

“Our fans are second to none. Playing at Coventry Building Society Arena never gets old.

“I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds for me in Black and Gold.”
