2017-18 Aviva Premiership Fixtures

The Aviva Premiership Rugby fixtures for the 2017/18 season have been announced.

Please note the first 10 Premiership Rounds are now confirmed, with BT Sport having selected their live games. Dates and kick off times post Round 10 may alter depending on television picks. European fixtures will be confirmed by EPCR next month.

2017/18 Fixtures

Wasps start their 2017/18 campaign at the Ricoh Arena against Sale Sharks in the opening round, on Saturday 2nd September, kick off 3pm. (Click here for on sale info)

Wasps travel to Worcester in round two, on Sunday 10th September, with the new-found derby against the Warriors continuing to hot up. Wasps then return home to the Ricoh Arena to face old foes Harlequins, on Sunday 17th September, in round three.

Wasps have a re-match of last season’s Aviva Premiership Final in round four, as Exeter Chiefs host the men in black and gold at Sandy Park on Sunday 24th September, in what is sure to be another hotly-contested clash. 

Wasps kick off October back at home as Bath make the trip to Coventry on Sunday 1st October, before the first block of Aviva Premiership fixtures is concluded away to reigning European champions Saracens at Allianz Park on Sunday 8th October, ahead of the first two rounds of the European Champions Cup. 

Wasps return to the Aviva Premiership with a trip to Franklin’s Gardens in round seven, on the last week of October as they take on Northampton Saints, before a two-week Anglo-Welsh block.

The two Aviva Premiership games in November see Wasps host Newcastle Falcons at the Ricoh Arena on Saturday 18th November, before travelling away to newly-promoted London Irish on Sunday 26th November. Please note the slightly later kick off time of 1630 on Sunday 18 November, to enable fans to watch the Autumn International between England and Australia on the big screens in the Wasps Nest Fan Village before Wasps game against the Falcons. 

The following weekend Wasps return to Coventry to host Leicester Tigers on the opening weekend of December, looking for a repeat of last season’s result over their Midlands rivals, as the two sides come face-to-face on Saturday 2nd December.

After rounds three and four of the European competition in mid-December, Wasps return to domestic action against Gloucester at the Ricoh Arena, before travelling away to Bath on the final weekend of December. 

The new year kicks off with the reverse fixture against the reigning European champions, as Saracens make the trip to the West Midlands, ahead of rounds five and six of the European Champions Cup and another two-week Anglo-Welsh block. 

The Aviva Premiership resumes on the second weekend of February with a tough block of four games, kicking off away at the Stoop. Wasps face Harlequins and Gloucester away from home as well as Exeter Chiefs and London Irish at the Ricoh Arena, before the Anglo-Welsh Semi Final and Final in March. 

Following the culmination of the Anglo-Welsh competition, Wasps will travel to Welford Road to face Leicester Tigers, ahead of the European Quarter Finals the following weekend.

April begins with a trip to the AJ Bell to face Sale Sharks, followed by Worcester Warriors at the Ricoh Arena.

The European Semi Final takes place on the third weekend of April ahead of the final two games of the Aviva Premiership regular season, where Wasps will take on Northampton Saints at the Ricoh Arena, before ending the regular domestic season away to Newcastle Falcons on the first weekend of May.

The European Champions Cup Final will follow, ahead of the Aviva Premiership Semi Final and the Aviva Premiership Final the following weekend on Saturday 26 May.

Premiership Rugby have today also confirmed the fixtures for the Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Series which takes place at Franklin's Gardens on Friday 28 July and Saturday 29 July. 

Wasps have been drawn in Pool A alongside Newcastle Falcons and Leicester Tigers. Wasps will kick off the action on Friday night against Newcastle at 6pm, before facing Leicester at 7:28pm in match five. To see the full fixture list please click here.
