Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair Access

The Arena has up to 86 wheelchair designated positions throughout the stadium bowl, located in the West, East, North and South stands.

A fixed chair position is located next to each wheelchair bay for your comfort and assistance.

The number of wheelchair positions available for indoor arena concerts and events is dependent upon the capacity of the arena as designated by the local safety advisory group.

The Arena requests that visitors bring their own wheelchair. The venue's health and safety policy requires that visitors attending in a wheelchair remain in their wheelchair during the event.

Ambulant Disabled Visitors

Ambulant Disabled Visitors

Coventry Building Society Arena recognises that accessible seating should be made available to those with visible and non-visible disabilities and conditions.

Specific seating locations have been identified which are best suited for a variety of accessibility requirements.

If you require accessible seating we would advise contacting our team to ensure your seats best suit your needs.

Call 02476 786 411 or email to enable us to assist you in the best possible way.

Step free access is available within the stadium bowl via concourse entrances.

Accessible seating is provided in these areas as close to stadium entry points as possible with a limited number of steps to negotiate wherever possible.

Entrance into the Indoor Arena is directly through the main atrium of the venue, providing easy access with minimal queuing.

Guide dogs are permitted within the stadium bowl, however, if attending with a guide dog we would also recommend contacting us directly in advance of your visit to discuss your best point of access and the welfare of your guide dog before, during and after the event.

Wasps Sensory Room

Wasps Sensory Room

Did you know that we're the first top-tier rugby club to launch a pitch-facing sensory room for people with disabilities?

We've created a safe space where adults and children with autism and other disabilities can watch the action on the pitch whilst being shielded from loud noise and bright lights.

The sensory room is split into two areas:

  • A viewing room where people can sit on bean bags, chairs or high stools to watch the action.
  • An adjacent space with calming sensory equipment such as bubble tubes and fibre optic lights.

Tickets for the room can be purchased by emailing marked ‘FAO: Jordan Young’ or by calling 02476 786395.

Depending on demand for the facility, a rota will be established amongst registered supporters to ensure that it is made available to as many fans as possible.
