Coventry Building Society Arena hosts Wasps vs Toulouse this Saturday 15 January at 1pm in the Heineken Champions Cup.
Ahead of your visit please read the following gameday guide which contains all the information you need to know about your visit.

Following the Government’s announcement to introduce ‘Plan B’ to limit the spread of the new Omicron variant of coronavirus, new rules on attending matches in England came into effect on 15 December 2021. These measures will be in place until further notice.
All supporters aged 18 and over, including those in hospitality, must take the following three steps:
- Bring a COVID Pass to the match to show proof of double vaccination against Covid-19 or a negative lateral flow test within 48 hours of the game. This is a legal requirement. You can download your COVID Pass via the NHS app. Click here for guidance
- Complete a short Health Declaration before you attend the game
- Do not travel if you feel unwell and/or are displaying symptoms of COVID
Any supporter unable to provide proof of their COVID status when asked by a steward will be denied entry to the arena - checks at the arena will be increased significantly under Plan B regulations. Please arrive early to allow sufficient time for checks to take place.

We recommend that all supporters aged 11 or over wear a face covering on entry to and exit from the stadium, when queueing and on concourses. Face coverings are not required to be worn when seated in the arena bowl.

THE ARENA IS CASHLESS
Coventry Building Society Arena is now a cashless stadium. Debit/credit card payments and mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at all tills around the arena.
The Ticket Office will be open from 9am to 1:40pm on gameday. Please make sure to purchase any tickets in advance of the game. Gameday pricing comes into effect from 9am.
Please ensure you have your tickets with you before you arrive at the arena. If you are due to collect tickets, please leave plenty of time to do so as the Ticket Office will be extremely busy. We recommend collecting your tickets no later than 11:30am.
GETTING TO THE GAME
When travelling to this fixture please follow government guidelines and use your own transport where possible.
Supporters arriving by train are advised to check the Network Rail website for up-to-date information prior to travel. Trains between Coventry Train Station and Arena Coventry Station are not currently in operation.
A shuttle bus between Coventry Train Station and Coventry Building Society Arena will be in operation between 12.30pm – 6pm. This service is operated directly by Coachleasing. Pricing: Single £2.50 / Return £5.00

We strongly advise supporters to purchase parking in advance, which can be done HERE. Limited onsite parking is available to purchase on the day of the game.
FOOD AND DRINK OUTLETS
There will be a number of outlets open around the stadium so supporters can purchase food, as well as both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, throughout the day.
Eco-cups will be unavailable this weekend.
Please note that SeatServe and SwipeStation are no longer available.
THE ANECDOTE, THE MILL & CLUBHOUSE
The Anecdote will be open for all supporters pre and post-game. The Bakery will be open pre-game. The Mill bar will be closed – additional food & drink outlets are available in the Fan Zone.
The Clubhouse remains closed.
Two pop-up stores will be operating on-site. One will be located outside the North Stand, opposite Car Park A, and the other outside the East Stand opposite the train station. They will be open from 10am – 1pm, at half-time and for 30 minutes post-game. Purchases can also be made online HERE.
Please be aware that the South Entrance will be closed for this fixture whilst construction work continues.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Please follow the guidance given by our stewards and security staff. We suggest that you bring with you only essential items and leave bags at home if possible.
Due to the National Threat Level rising to ‘Severe’, all supporters will be subject to increased security checks when entering the Arena.
