The Coventry Building Society Arena plays host to two Wasps fixtures on Sunday 10 October - Wasps Men V Northampton Saints at 3pm and Wasps Women V Gloucester-Hartpury at 5.15pm.
This gameday will also be a dedicated ‘Emergency Services Day’ as we say thank you to members of the emergency services.

Please make sure you bring your membership card or ticket with you. Season Members should have received their membership cards via post. If these have not arrived or you have any questions, please visit the Ticket Office on the day.

You must not attend the match if you are suffering from any symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been told to self-isolate in the last 10 days.

Located in Car Park D from 12:30-3pm with Emergency Services vehicles on display, including a fire engine, ambulances, and police vehicles. There will also be a police dog troupe display, a face painter and DJ.
Sunday 10 October is also World Mental Health Day and there will be representatives from mental health charities It Takes Balls to Talk, MIND, Mencap, Give A Ruck, and LooseHeadz.
Paolo Odogwu and Jacob Umaga’s Composure Club will also have a pop-up store open.
There will also be a Wasps Community rugby boots donation point as part of the Project Rugby initiative to help remove barriers to participation. For more info, click here.
THE ARENA IS CASHLESS
Coventry Building Society Arena is now a cashless stadium. Debit/credit card payments and mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at all tills around the arena.
All Season Members have had membership cards posted to them. If these have not arrived or for any assistance, please visit the Ticket Office outside the North Entrance on the day.
Please be aware that the South Entrance will be closed for this fixture whilst construction work continues.
The Ticket Office will be open from 10am to 3pm on matchday. Please make sure to purchase any tickets in advance of the game. Matchday pricing comes into effect from 10am.
Please ensure you have your tickets with you before you arrive at the stadium. If you are due to collect tickets, please leave plenty of time to do so as the Ticket Office will be extremely busy. We recommend collecting your tickets no later than 1:30pm.
GETTING TO THE GAME
When travelling to this fixture please follow government guidelines and use your own transport where possible.
Shuttle buses between Coventry Train Station and Coventry Building Society Arena will be in operation between 12 - 6pm. This service is operated directly by Coachleasing. Pricing: Single £2.50 / Return £5.00

We strongly advise supporters to purchase parking in advance, which can be done HERE. Limited onsite parking is available to purchase on the day of the game.

FOOD AND DRINK OUTLETS
There will be a number of outlets open around the stadium so supporters can purchase food, as well as both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, throughout the day. Please return to your allocated seat before consuming food and drink.
Please note that SeatServe and SwipeStation are no longer available.
THE ANECDOTE, THE MILL & CLUBHOUSE
The Anecdote will be open for all supporters pre and post-game. The Mill bar will be open pre-game.
The Bakery & The Clubhouse will be closed.
A new pop-up store will be open outside the North Stand, opposite Car Park A, from 12 – 3pm, at half-time and for one-hour post-game. Purchases can also be made online HERE.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Please follow the guidance given by our stewards and security staff. We suggest that you bring with you only essential items and leave bags at home if possible.
Challenge 25 will be in operation. Remember ID if you look younger than you are!

Emergency Services Day and Wasps Double-Header on 10 October
We are delighted to announce that our fixture against Northampton Saints on Sunday 10 October will be our 999 Emergency Services Day.
As a thank you to the Emergency Services, we have provided them with tickets through their NHS Trusts to Wasps v Northampton Saints (KO 3pm).
It is set to be a great family day out you won't want to miss. There will be a Fan Zone in Car Park D from 12:30-3pm with Emergency Services vehicles on display, including a fire engine, ambulances, and police vehicles.
On top of that, there are plenty of other exciting events in the Fan Zone, there will be a police dog troupe display, a face painter and DJ.
Sunday 10 October is also World Mental Health Day and there will be representatives from mental health charities; It Takes Balls to Talk, MIND, Mencap, Give A Ruck, and LooseHeadz in the Fan Zone.
There will be the opportunity to get your hands on some merchandise from Paolo Odogwu and Jacob Umaga’s clothing brand Composure Club.
We will be auctioning off Odogwu’s custom made NHS boots in the Premier Club to raise money for NHS Charities.
The Coventry Building Society Arena will also host a double-header of rugby on Sunday 10 October in an action-packed, Black and Gold day.
After the Men’s team have played Northampton at 3pm, Wasps Women will take on Gloucester-Hartpury Women at 5:15pm.
It’s a big match for both Black and Gold teams. For the men, it is a crucial Gallagher Premiership round four clash with Midlands rivals Saints, after a good start at the Coventry Building Society against Bristol Bears.
For the Women, it is the fifth round of the Allianz Premier 15s. Wasps sit fourth after three rounds and they face third placed Gloucester in a vital clash. Wasps Women warm up for the game by facing Exeter Chiefs Women down in Devon this Saturday.
Fans can enjoy both matches of the double-header at the Coventry Building Society Arena from just £17 for adults and from £2 for under 11s in certain areas of the ground.
