Wasps take on Bristol Bears at the Coventry Building Society Arena on Saturday 25 September, kick-off 3pm. It will be the first Gallagher Premiership game at the recently rebranded Coventry Building Society Arena!
Ahead of your visit please read the following gameday guide which contains all the information you need to know about your visit.
Please make sure you bring your ticket with you. Season Members have had printed tickets sent via post. If these have not arrived or there is an issue, please visit the Ticket Office on the day.
The safety of our supporters, players, staff and officials is our number one priority. Wasps have put in place a COVID-19 Code of Conduct, in addition to our existing Ground Regulations, to ensure a safe and secure environment for all supporters attending Coventry Building Society Arena.
All matchday attendees are strongly advised to read the COVID-19 Code of Conduct that can be found HERE.
You must not attend the match if you are suffering from any symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been told to self-isolate in the last 10 days.

- Your ticket (paper ticket/Print at Home ticket/digital ticket). If using a digital ticket, please make sure your mobile device is fully charged. Screenshots of Print at Home tickets will not work.
- Your debit/credit card or payment-enabled mobile device.

THE ARENA IS CASHLESS
Coventry Building Society Arena is now a cashless stadium. Debit/credit card payments and mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at all tills around the arena.
All Season Members have had printed tickets posted to them. If these have not arrived or for any assistance, please visit the Ticket Office outside the North Entrance on the day.
Please be aware that the South Entrance will be closed for this fixture whilst construction work continues.
The Ticket Office will be open from 10am to 3pm on matchday. Please make sure to purchase any tickets in advance of the game. Matchday pricing comes into effect from 10am.
Please ensure you have your tickets with you before you arrive at the stadium. If you are due to collect tickets, please leave plenty of time to do so as the Ticket Office will be extremely busy. We recommend collecting your tickets no later than 1:30pm.
COVENTRY BUILDING SOCIETY GIVEAWAYS
Our brand-new arena partner, Coventry Building Society, are celebrating the first Wasps home match at the newly named arena with some special fan activity. Look out for the free limited edition Wasps flags, as well as 100 special gift voucher envelopes being given out around the arena before the match.
GETTING TO THE GAME
When travelling to this fixture please follow government guidelines and use your own transport where possible.
Shuttle buses will be in operation between Coventry Train Station and Coventry Building Society Arena. Single £2.50 / Return £5.00

We strongly advise supporters to purchase parking in advance, which can be done HERE. Limited onsite parking is available to purchase on the day of the game.

FOOD AND DRINK OUTLETS
There will be a number of outlets open around the stadium so supporters can purchase food, as well as both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, throughout the day. Please return to your allocated seat before consuming food and drink.
Please note that SeatServe and SwipeStation are no longer available.
THE ANECDOTE, THE MILL & CLUBHOUSE,
The Anecdote will be open for all supporters pre and post-game.
The Clubhouse and The Mill will be closed for this fixture. Access to the Atrium via the North Entrance will be limited.
A new pop-up store will be open outside the North Stand, opposite Car Park A, from 12 – 3pm, at half-time and for one-hour post-game. Purchases can also be made online HERE.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Please follow the guidance given by our stewards and security staff. We suggest that you bring with you only essential items and leave bags at home if possible.
Challenge 25 will be in operation. Remember ID if you look younger than you are!
