Role Description:

To assist in maintaining & managing a smooth & efficient running of Merchandise operations, providing support to the Store Manager and delivering the highest level of customer experience

 

Main duties and responsibiities:

·                To deliver & optimise sales & profit targets

·                To process & fulfill all sales channel orders and queries including ecommerce, telesales and till transactions

·                To assist in management of gameday and casual staff

·                To organise photography of new product

·                To action mark downs as approved by the Store Manager

·                Social media channel management as directed by the Store Manager, to include new posts & answering customer queries

·                To manage exchanges, refunds & faulty stock in line with guidelines

·                To receipt deliveries, unpack & putting away of stock

·                To replenishing the shop floor

·                To redress/relay the shop floor as directed

·                To assist with stock takes & counts

·                To assist with stock room organisation & management

·                General store administration including processing of IDT’s

·                Liaise with suppliers as directed

·                To provide cover for store management including daily banking & reconciliation, opening & closing the store, answering emails

·                Other reasonable requirements as requested by Store Manager

 

 

 

Role specific objectives:

·       Answer customer queries within 48hours of reciept

·       Clear oustanding online orders placed before 2pm on same day

·       Fulfil customer returns/exchanges within 24hours of reciept

·       Refill store shelves on a daily basis

 

Required skills and experience:

·       Cash Handling

·       Use of retail tills/cash draws
