 Based at Wasps Elite Performance and Innovation Centre (EPIC), Henley-in-Arden

Reports to:

 Performance Chef

Working Pattern:

 35 hours per week, generally 4 days in 7 in line with the rugby training schedule (07:15-16:00)


Permanent / Full Time


Approximately August / September 2021













About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting food
  • Assist in management of health and safety
  • Assist in management of food hygiene practices
  • Assist in making and taking food orders and monitoring stock
  • Monitor portion and waste control
  • Responsible for kitchen cleanliness and tidiness this includes general washing duties

We are looking for someone who is hard working, self-motivated and able to work in pressure. You will have a flexible approach to working hours as these will vary to suit the needs to the business. You will be passionate about contributing to the team’s performance on and off the field.


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 or higher qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a busy kitchen environment


  • Previous experience of working in and/or a good knowledge of professional sport
