Guy Armitage joined Wasps ahead of the 2016/17 season, a powerful strike runner, with an eye for a gap, the 25-year-old centre showed his ability in defence and strength at the breakdown during Championship contests in the 2015/16 campaign.
Armitage played six times, scoring one try against the Ospreys in the Anglo-Welsh Cup, in his first season with the black and golds.
Known to many as the younger brother of Delon and Steffon Armitage, Guy made a name for himself in the Championship with London Welsh.
Armitage has also represented England at every age-group and competed in the 2011 Junior World Championships in Italy.
At the start of his rugby career, Armitage earned a scholarship to Wellington College, before joining the London Irish Academy. He made his debut against Sale Sharks in 2010, becoming the third Armitage brother to play for the Exiles and went on to make 43 appearances for the club.
The talented centre, who stands 6ft 5 inches tall and weighs in at over 17 and a half stone, also enjoyed spells with London Welsh, London Scottish and Toulon, before returning to London Irish. In 2015, after two years back with London Irish, he moved to London Welsh and moved back to the Aviva Premiership last season with Wasps.
