Jack Wallace in match action for London Wasps

This edition of our CoacHclass Top Tips Series provides the first in a series of videos from our CoacHclass Team that aim to give rugby players of all ages the technical advice on a range of techniques and skills that put into practice by London Wasps.

Passing
Former CoacHclass participant Jack Wallace introduces the skill of Passing and talks through the four key factors in making a successful pass. Helping to demonstrate passing technique alongside the professionals at London Wasps are High Wycombe RUFC U11s and U15s. Click here to watch the action. The four key points described by Jack Wallace are:

  • Keep two hands on the ball
  • Pass the ball from your hip
  • Keep your outside elbow up/bent
  • Follow through after the pass with your hands pointing to the intended target
