London Wasps Community Cup U9s & U10s Festivals return for second season

Book your U9s and U10s teams for our Festivals on Sunday 25th November

London Wasps would like to invite U9s and U10s squads based on 2012-2013 age-group to take part in our 2012/2013 Community Cup Festivals. These Festivals are a great opportunity for teams from across our community to compete in a professionally organised and run event and compete against teams that they would not normally get the opportunity to play against.

Festival details

  • U9s and U10s Festival will be held on Sunday 25th November 2012 before the London Wasps vs Leicester Tigers Aviva Premiership fixture
  • The Festivals will be held at Farnham Royal RUFC, Buckinghamshire
  • Entry to each Festival is FREE with an optional squad match ticket charge of £133.20 (1 adult and 12 concessions)
  • Each team that books onto the London Wasps Community Cup will be offered 1 x 90-minute "Ahead of the Game" coaching session

In addition to all of this, the U9s and U10s Cup Finalists will be invited to form the Tunnel of Honour at Adams Park Stadium, with the finals being played on the pitch following the London Wasps match!! The Plate, Bowl and Shield Winners will be invited to have their trophies re-presented at half time of the match.

Mark Hodge, Ashford RFC U9s said about last year's Festival, "My boys had a fantastic time and I'm sure they will remember their final on the Wasps pitch for a long time. The whole tournament had a great atmosphere to it, for us it was great to play teams we would never otherwise see."

Alison Raw, Guildfordians RFC said, "Firstly a huge thank you from all at Guildfordians RFC to you and all your team for making yesterday such a fabulous experience for our children. The Festival was very well co-ordinated and both coaches and parents commented on how involved your team were making sure that we were happy with arrangements etc. The U8s (both our teams) thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Adams Park experience."
