Palmer fundraising for friend

London Wasps player Tom Palmer is helping to raise funds for a friend of his who has an incurable brain tumour.

Greg Patience is suffering from Glioblastoma Multiforma meaning he and his family had to come terms with the knowledge that his life expectancy has been very much reduced.

A group of his closest friends and family set up a website some months back to raise awareness and encourage folks to arrange fundraising events, initially to raise money for pioneering cell therapy but lately, after unsuccessful treatment, the funds are going towards supporting his wife and recently born daughter, Rosie.

Tom is helping to raise awareness of an ongoing online auction which he is running, which has some great prizes up for grabs.
