Season Ticket Holder Update - Process at Sunday's Game

For those Season Ticket Holders who have yet to receive their season ticket please be advised that the following process will be in place on Sunday at Adams Park.

<1R>STRONG>Season Ticket Holders who have not received their cards at all:
Two collection booths will be set up in the car park. They will be alphabetized so you know which booth to approach to collect your cards from. If for some reason your card still isn't ready for collection from the booth you will be directed to the Information Centre to have a paper ticket printed to ensure you're able to access the game.

Season Ticket Holders who have received a season ticket(s) in the post but are missing one:
If you have not already queried the Ticket Office the card may not be at the collection booths in which case you will be directed to the Information Centre to have either your card printed or a paper ticket issued for use at Sunday's game.

Season Ticket Holders who have been sent an incorrect category i.e. Junior Card as opposed to and Adult Card:
If you have not queried the Ticket Office the card may not be at the collection booths in which case you will be directed to the Information Centre to have either your card printed or a paper ticket issued for use at Sunday's game.

Season Ticket Holders who have received their cards but they are incorrectly named:
You will be able to access the game with these cards (assuming it's not an adult on a junior ticket) and new cards printed next week to ensure they are correct for the next home game on October 1.

Ticket Windows 1 and 2 will be in operation for match day sales and only Season Ticket Holders should visit the car park collection booths or the Information Centre.

Please direct any queries you have to the staff and / or stewards in the car park who will assist you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy the opening home game of the season.

  • Season Ticket Holder Collection Booths (car park) ' open from 12noon
