Wasps Academy hold first Coach Education Evening
Wasps Academy Head Coach James Honeyben hosted the first of this season's Coach Education Programme events at RGS High Wycombe.
30 coaches attended the evening titled 'How to develop a kicking game, technically and tactically.'
The session focused on detail from the kicking curriculum that former Wasps scrum half Honeyben has implemented with the Junior Academy Players. The evening started with a presentation, before it moved into an outdoor period of observation and some practical coaching.
Honeyben said: "It's great that we can support our school and club coaches, that make up a huge part of what we do. We are looking forward to running a number of other sessions throughout the season."
