21 Aug - Ministry of Sound After party at Singha 7s

A Ministry of Sound DJ will be taking to the decks at the Ricoh Arena following this summer's Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Series.

BBC One DJ Danny Howard will be leading the post-match party for over-18s in the Jaguar Hall after the final whistle of the Group C matches.

Wasps, Harlequins, Northampton Saints and Saracens will be competing in Group C on Friday, August 21, as part of the only 7s competition in which all 12 Aviva Premiership Rugby clubs take part.

Tickets, costing £15 which includes entry to the Premiership Rugby 7s and the after party, are are available to purchase here from 9am on Friday (July 3)

Alternatively, tickets to just attend the over-18s after party are available for £10.

Andy Gibb, managing director at the Ricoh Arena, said this would be a fantastic way to round-off a great day of rugby.

He said: “Rugby 7s is a really popular competition and this will be the first time it has been held at the Ricoh Arena.

“7s provides exciting rugby and Wasps will be aiming to make the most of home advantage against tough opponents as all the teams’ battle to reach the final at Twickenham.

“The Fans’ Village we have held in the Jaguar Hall before and after Wasps’ matches have attracted supporters of all ages and in keeping with the time of year, we thought it would be a good idea to invite a DJ to continue the happy, summer atmosphere.

“This will be a fantastic way to celebrate the Ricoh Arena’s tenth birthday as the Jaguar Hall moves to the sounds of a different beat.”

Tickets to just attend the Singha Premiership Rugby 7s are also available, costing £10 for adults, £5 for under-18s and free for Wasps 2015/16 season-ticket holders by ringing 0844 847 1867 or online here.
