“Ultimately they had a little bit too much for us tonight and I thought they were in control for the majority of the match. We gave too many easy points to them and we made it too hard on ourselves. For big parts I was proud of our players and how they took the game to them.
“Going into halftime, I felt the next score was important but I felt we needed to get it. Then for that ten minutes after half time we made too many individual errors and after that we had too much catching up to do.
“When you looked at us tonight I felt we looked like a team that is still developing and then you looked at them and you see a more streetwise team who have played together for a long time. We have to learn from that and we need to play opposition like that more regularly to get better.
“There were still positives for us. I thought we did a lot of good things tonight. We scored four ties against a good team and someone like Christian Wade was simply outstanding. We made errors and they pounced on all of them.”
