Spring CoacHclass report
Read about 230 young players across three venues enjoying learning rugby the Wasps Way
Our CoacHclass Team travelled to Eastleigh RFC (Hampshire), Brighton RFC (East Sussex) and Sittingbourne RUFC (Kent) to deliver our Spring CoacHclass Programme. With over 230 children across 3 venues, 20 coaches, 5 London Wasps player visits, 55 Awards, 230 BRITA 'Fill & Go' bottles it proved to be a very succesful Spring CoacHclass Programme.

Eastleigh RFC
This was the second year running that Easteligh RFC hosted a Spring CoacHclass. After having 80 children attend our event last year, this CoacHclass saw over 130 children participate in the age-groups from 6-16 years old. The host club and neighbouring clubs provided a huge number of children to enjoy the Two-Day CoacHclass. London Wasps scrum-half Joe Simpson joined the Hampshire-based event to spend time answering questions, signing autographs and having photographs taken with the players.

Brighton RFC
Our annual CoacHclass event at Brighton RFC proved popular with the participants aged between 7 and 15 yrs enjoying our three-day event at the Sussex based club. London Wasps players James Bailey and Alec Hepburn visted the CoacHclass to help present the awards at the end of the Day 3, where every particpant received a certificate and BRITA 'Fill and Go' bottle.

Sittingbourne RUFC
The London Wasps CoacHclass brand moved to Sittingbourne RUFC for a 2-Day event in Kent. The support for London Wasps in Kent has been excellent over the last few years with regular visits to our match day events from clubs such as Sittingbourne RUFC, Medway RFC, Folkestone RFC, Sheppey RFC, Gravesendians RFC, Beccehamians RFC, Sidcup RFC and Aylesford Bulls RFC. London Wasps hookers Tom Lindsay and T. Rhys Thomas visited the CoacHclass to pass on coaching tips, and joined the groups for a signing session and photographs.
