Your Guide To: London Wasps v Aviron Bayonnais

Everything you need to know if you’re attending the game v Aviron Bayonnais, Thursday, December 13th at Adams Park, KO19:45.

London Wasps return to Adams Park on Thursday night where they will host Bayonne in their second head-to-head of the Amlin Challenge Cup. Wasps will be looking to build on their performance at the weekend with the added bonus of playing at home, and a win would cementtheir place at the top of the pool.

Opening Times

  • The Ticket Office phone-lines at the Stadium open at 10.00am.
  • The Club Shop opens at 17:00
  • The Stadium Gates, Entertainment Village, Hospitality, Marquee and Vere Suite all open at 17:30
  • The Stadium Bowl Opens at 18:30
  • As always we're encouraging all supporters to get in their seats early for the game and cheer on the team throughout the warm-up!

• The Marquee will be open as usual but supporters will need to use Scores bar or Kiosks around the ground for drinks.
• The Vere Suite will be open to Platinum members (who can also bring a guest with them for this game)
• Scores will be open as a public bar.

Q & As
There will be Q&As with a selection of Wasps players before the game in Honours (18:30), the Vere Suite (18:45) and the Woodlands Lounge (19:00) hosted by David Kurk.

Official Match-Day Programme
The new-look programme for the 2012/13 season will once again be available from a number of vendors around the ground on Sunday for just £3.

This weekend’s edition features a profile piece on hooker Tom Lindsay and an insight into who Christian Wade's sporting hero is!

Club Shop
The club shop will open before the game at 17:00 and at half time.

Car-parking & Directions
There will be limited parking for this game. The Upper and Lower car parks will be available as usual weather permitting, but the Artisan car park will be closed due to the timing of the game.

Supporters are strongly recommended to use our FREE Park & Ride and Train & Ride services to reduce congestion around the stadium.

The Park and Ride services will begin at 16.30 am from the High Wycombe train station and the Cressex Park and Ride facility, near Junction 4 of the M40. The buses run on a circuit and will pick supporters up approximately every 20 minutes until 20 mins prior to kick off. Both services will then begin again on the final whistle.

There are car parks available right along Hillbottom Road. Car-parking costs from £5. The car parks will close two hours after the game ends, the same time as the last bus leaves for the Park and Ride service.

London Wasps will also reward any car arriving two hours prior to kick off, traveling with four people in the vehicle, FREE car parking for the game. This FREE parking offer has been extended to motorcyclists with a passenger who arrive two hours prior to kick off. After the time of two hours before the game, then the full cost will apply.

To take advantage of this on the day simply arrive at the check point BEFORE the deadline with a car of four.

Directions from London
Join M25 and head for J16 M25/M40. Join M40 and head to J4/A404 High Wycombe. Leave the M40 at Junction 4 and take the A4010 exit (John Hall Way, signposted Aylesbury). FREE Park and Ride is signposted on your left 200 yards from the roundabout. To get to Adams Park please follow the BROWN tourist information road signs showing a soccer ball.

Directions from the West
M40 to J4 M40/A404. At Junction 4 take slip road and turn left, then take first exit for A4010 (John Hall Way). FREE Park and Ride is signposted on your left 200 yards from the roundabout. To get to Adams Park please follow the BROWN tourist information road signs showing a soccer ball.
