London Wasps Match Day CoacHclass 12th February

On the morning of our home fixture vs Saracens on 12th February our
Match Day CoacHclass provided 160 children and adults with high quality coaching at the grand location of Harrow School. Following the snow fall that we endured in the first week of February the decision was made to move to Harrow School's 3G all weather pitch and an astro turf.

Amongst the snowy backdrop, a range of core skills and team-based activities were coached to players from Tring RUFC, Old Aldwinians RFC, Oxford RFC and the Hawthorns School. At Adams Park Stadium, each group joined London Wasps players Tom Rees and Jeremy Castex for squad photographs before cheering the gold n blacks in the Aviva Premiership.

We would like to thank Harrow School for their flexibility to grant permission for us to use their facilities and each group for changing their travel plans accordingly.

On the 18th February half of our Match Day CoacHclass was split between RAF Halton and the London Wasps Training Ground. Wendens Ambo Minis RFC from Saffron Walden were joined at RAF Halton by London Wasps winger Christain Wade and our character mascot Sting; while at the London Wasps Training Ground, Caldicot RFC U16s from Wales met former Wasps player Serge Betsen before concluding their session with a competitive fixture against Wasps FC U16s.

At Adams Park Park Stadium all our groups were photographed with new signings Heinz Holl, Victor Gresev and Vladislav Korshunov before cheering the gold n blacks against Exeter Chiefs in the Aviva Premiership.

We would like to thank Wasps FC for hosting Caldicot RFC and providing them with a memorable visit to our Twyford Avenue Training Ground.
