Rigby, the CEO of business rates specialists, CVS, who have offices in Manchester is bringing 100 employees to the game – all tasked with getting behind his side!
Rigby said: “I’m delighted to be able to take so many employees to support Wasps. Away games are notoriously more difficult to win, and the stadium atmosphere can play a big part in that. While we might not have the numbers we can expect at Adams Park, I’m sure the CVS team will make the boys feel at home! We joined Sale’s Premier Business club as it combines two things I’m passionate about – strengthening our business network and rugby. I’m hoping for a Wasps victory and I know the CVS team are with me, although they might see a different side to me come match day, something that isn’t often displayed when challenging business rates!”
London Wasps captain Marco Wentzel said: “All games in the Aviva Premiership are tough and away games even more so, so we’re looking forward to these fans making a lot of noise for us at a very tough place to play. Sale are having a good season and will be pushing hard to try and ensure they get at least a top six finish so we’re not going to get anything easy up there.”
Sale Sharks Vs London Wasps kicks off at 7:45pm at Edgeley Park, Stockport on Friday 24 February.
