Six new players come into the starting team, with captain John Hart joining Marco Wentzel in the two pack changes, while in the backs Tom Varndell, Hugo Southwell, Chris Bell and Nic Berry are all back in the team.

World Cup returnees Joe Simpson and Zak Taulafo are both named on the bench.

Centre Dom Waldouck is set to make his 100th appearance for the club from the bench as he returns to the squad after a six month absence through injury.

Young said: “We are playing at home and with the crowds improving at every game, we have a responsibility to put in good performances to turn Adams Park into that fortress that we want it to be. We want to win all of our home games and it’s important that we back up the Bath result with a good performance and a winning result. I have never played against a Dragons side that you haven’t had to really work hard against to get a result so I envisage this being a very tough game for us.”

Wasps go into the game on the back of a one-point defeat against Worcester at Sixways in round one of the competition last weekend.

Wasps will play round two of the LV=Cup at home at Adams Park on Saturday, October 22nd at 19.45. To secure your place call 0844 225 2990 or book online here.
