London Wasps were delighted to support the Oxford Harlequins RFC Mini Rugby End of Season Awards on Sunday 9th May. Former Oxfordshire player and now London Wasps prop Bob Baker visited the Awards to present the end of season prizes to over 200 young players and joined the players for photographs and signed autographs for the youngsters present at the club.

Bob Baker was pleased to be able to support the Awards and said, "I would like to thank Oxford Harlequins for inviting me to present their Awards. It wasn't that long ago that I was packing down for Chinnor RFC against Quins and also playing with many Quins players for Oxfordshire; they were great days. I hope I helped to inspire the young Quins players to fulfil their potential and look forward to next season."

Following the presentations, U7s Coach Glen Chapman told wasps.co.uk, "Yesterday was great thanks and Bob was fantastic with the kids."

The London Wasps Community Team would like to thank Glen Chapman, Andy Evans and Oxford Harlequins RFC for all of their hard work in organising group visits to London Wasps this season. We look forward to seeing the club back at Adams Park next season.
