Schools Programme Officer Ben Smiley told wasps.co.uk, "I initially got involved with the Wasps Community Team as a volunteer, and as my experience and knowledge of rugby development grew I started to move up the pay scale within the Community Team. I am now employed full-time by Wasps and cannot speak highly enough of the Continual Professional Development that was afforded to me when I was a part-time employee."
