Injury update from London Wasps

Pat Barnard: Pat continues to work with London Wasps physio team following a neck injury sustained at Kingston Park in Wasps Guinness Premiership clash with Newcastle Falcons on the 28th November.

John Hart: Sustaining a thigh injury ahead of Wasps v Sale on Boxing Day, John continues to work with Wasps physio team and is expected to resume training next week.

Rob Hoadley: Rob continues to work with Wasps physio team following a ligament injury to his hand in Wasps Premiership clash with Saracens at Adams Park.

Raphael Ibanez: Club captain Raphael continues to be rested following a series of concussions and will be reassessed at the end of this month.

Mossy Lawler: Sustaining a tear to his right adductor in Wasps v Sale, Mossy continues to work with Wasps physio team.

Josh Lewsey: Sustaining a hamstring injury in Wasps clash with Sale at Edgeley Park, Josh has resumed full training.

Tom Palmer: Tom has suffered a tear of his labrum (shoulder) and following surgery with shoulder specialist Andrew Wallace earlier this week, he will begin to work with Wasp physio team. He is expected to be sidelined for 12 weeks.

Tom Rees: After leaving the pitch at Wasps Guinness Premiership clash with Harlequins on Sunday, Tom Rees has undergone scans which have shown a moderate tear of the medial knee ligament. Rees will begin a period of ongoing and extensive rehabilitation with Wasps physio team. He is expected to be sidelined for a minimum of two months.

Paul Sackey: Paul has resumed full training this week with no adverse reactions.

Simon Shaw: Has this week undergone a debridement of his elbow joint and is expected to return to full training next week.

Joe Worsley: Scans have shown a small fracture of the finger and a short recovery time is expected.
