The England centre returned to Wasps last season after a year with French Top 14 club Brive.
He had been previously with the club from 2007-2009, and played fly half in the 2008 Premiership final victory over Leicester. At the end of that season, he was named PRA Players' Player of the Year.
Riki originally came to Wasps from London Irish, where he scored an impressive 272 points including 15 tries in his 36 appearances.
A former Wellington Hurricanes player, he showed outstanding form for the New Zealand Super rugby team. He represented New Zealand at all age groups and was a member of the U19 team that won the World Cup in 1999. He has also represented the New Zealand Maori.
Despite his roots in New Zealand, Flutey won the first of his 12 England caps in November 2008 and was chosen for the 2009 Lions tour, where he played a vital part in the Third Test win over the Springboks.
