Dom Waldouck is another excellent product of the Wasps Academy. Having joined the club in 2003 as a talented young centre, Dom worked very hard to develop his all-round skill on his climb into the first team. He first of all became a regular with the club's A team and his work was rewarded when he was handed a senior debut in the EDF Energy Cup against London Irish in October 2006.
He has gone on to become one of the club's most popular players, winning the accolade of Supporters Player of the Year in 2009/10.
Though he has yet to win a full cap, he has tasted plenty of international action. He progressed straight from U16 to U19 and played in the 2005 World Championships and the next two U19 Six Nations tournaments.
He has also represented England Saxons on numerous occasions. He was denied a first full cap when he was named in the England squad in 2008 as a 20-year-old on a summer tour but was injured in the opening game over the Australian Barbarians at Gosford.
A talented all-rounder, he played football for Fulham Academy, cricket for the South East of England Under 16s, competed in track events for Middlesex and ran cross country for London.
