Having suffered a cruel injury on his London Wasps debut against Northampton last season, James Bailey is hoping for much better luck in 2013/14.
Bailey suffered a terrible leg break in the game that sadly ruled him out of action for the remainder of the season, but he has made great strides with the medical team and is aiming for a big impact in the year ahead.
Born in London, Bailey made a return to his native city this year having joined Wasps last summer
Bailey began his professional career at Bristol and then joined Gloucester who he played 40 games for while scoring 11 tries, including one memorable score against London Wasps. He left Gloucester in August 2008 to pursue more first-team appearances elsewhere signing for London Irish and then moving to Lyon where he has spent the past two seasons.
Bailey has plenty of pace and has represented England at Sevens level.
