Head Performance Analyst Luke Bowen joined the club ahead of the 2011/12 season.
Bowen holds a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from Leeds Metropolitan University and has part-studied an MSc Performance Analysis course in UWIC which is currently working towards completion.
Before joining Wasps, Luke spent roughly 3 years with the WRU Performance Analysis team, which is fronted by London Wasps' ex-Head Analyst, Rhys Long.
During his time there he occupied a number of roles including being a part of and then fronting a team of analysts working within the Welsh Principality Premiership and British & Irish Cup, as well as working within different Welsh Regional Provinces, and ultimately achieving a role within the National set-up, where he worked during their 2010-2011 campaign, including their Autumn, Six Nations and Summer Tests.
Bowen also spent a season with Leeds Carnegie (2008-2009) as they won their bid for promotion back into the then Guinness Premiership.
