Why has the club introduced these new Memberships?
London Wasps wants to give supporters the best opportunity to pick and choose the best level of commitment for them, whether that’s on a match-by-match basis or every home game. These new memberships offer a greater variety, giving fans the chance to purchase a three, six or ten match packages, as well as the full season ticket, which all provide a greater saving when compared to individual match tickets.

What is the structure of Official Membership?
There are five tiers to the London Wasps Official Membership. Platinum Membership gives you a full season ticket and this tier was launched a few months ago by the club. The four new tiers launched today are Gold, Silver, Bronze and Club Membership.

What do I get as a Platinum Member?
Platinum Members gain access to every London Wasps home game plus the London Double Header and enjoy a host of additional benefits. More information on Platinum Membership is available here.

What do I get as a Bronze/Silver/Gold Member?
A Bronze Member gains access to three home games of their choice; a Silver Member gains access to six games and a Gold Member gains access to ten. This allows you to secure your seat before games go on general sale, ensuring you have the best possible chance of attending the best fixtures. You will also gain free access to Wasps A games at Dry Leas, Henley. You also gain all the benefits that come with your Membership card.

What do I get as a Club Member?
Club Members don’t incur a booking fee for all tickets purchased for their use, as well as gaining free access to Wasps A home games and all the benefits of a London Wasps Membership card.

How do I become a Member of London Wasps?
You can book Membership at London Wasps three ways:

Online at wasps.co.uk
Calling the London Wasps ticket office on 0844 225 2990
In person at Adams Park

If I am a Bronze/Silver/Gold Member, how do I choose which games I want to attend?
You can select the games you wish to attend by calling 0844 225 2990 or in person at Adams Park.

When can I book which games I want to attend?
Games can be booked at the time of purchasing a Membership package, or up to 48 hours before the game of your choice, subject to availability.

What happens if I need to change the games which I've already booked?
Members need to give 48 hours' notice before the game which has originally been booked and the ticket can be transferred.

How do I know which matches I have selected?
Members will receive a confirmation email at the time of purchase, provided that they have selected their matches at that time. If the selected matches are changed throughout the season, a confirmation email will be sent each time.

If I want to attend more games than my Membership includes, can I purchase additional tickets?
Yes, if you are a London Wasps Member, any additional tickets you purchase for yourself will be at the standard ticket price but you will incur no booking fee.

Can I upgrade my membership anytime throughout the season?
Yes, subject to availability. You simply pay the difference.

Will you be offering packages such as the Mini Season Ticket or Final 8 this season?
No, the official London Wasps Membership has replaced the old Mini Season Ticket and Final 8 packages. This will give supporters more choice as to which games to attend, with no restrictions (subject to availability), from the very first home game of the season.

What are the age boundaries for different tickets?
In order to qualify for a Junior U16 Concession, you must be UNDER the age of 16 on 1 September 2011.
In order to qualify for a Student Concession, you must be UNDER the age of 22 on 1 September 2011.
In order to qualify for a Senior Concession, you must be OVER the age of 60 on 1 September 2011.

Will I be able to pay for my membership with a payment plan?
No, the payment plan is only available to Platinum Members who commit to the full season.

When will I receive my membership card?
Membership cards will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchasing a membership.

I'm an existing London Wasps Member - why do I need to pay a renewal fee?
Yes, all memberships are valid for one season (with the only exception being the Double Devotion offer for Platinum Members).

What happens to my existing Teamcard points?
All Teamcard points expired on 30 June 2011 and therefore all points totals have been reset.
