Tries from Worsley, Henderson, Sampson and Roiser gave Wasps their third win in a row over Quins today.
Three first half tries were the platform for Wasps to triumph 31-18 in the London derby against Harlequins at The Stoop.
Shane Roiser, Rob Henderson and Joe Worsley struck in the opening period as Wasps consigned Quins to their fourth defeat in five games.
The home side kept in contention in the first half, with tries from England's Will Greenwood and wing Ben Gollings, but a score from Paul Sampson just after the break sealed their fate. Sampson has now scored three tries in two games since re-joining Wasps.
Gollings ran in his second try for Quins to keep the home supporters hopes up but their Capital rivals were never in danger of throwing away their substantial lead.
Wasps move up to fourth in the table, Quins are languishing in 10th.
