London Wasps Rugby Lotto - Terms and Conditions

1. The lotto is only open to residents of the UK aged 16 years or over.
2. Entrants may be required to produce evidence of identity & age.
3. The prizes consist of weekly cash prizes of:
a. 1 * £250 jackpot cash prize
b. 5 * £50 cash prizes
c. Annual jackpot prize of £5,000.
4. No cash alternative is available.
5. The prizes are for the winners & are non-transferable.
6. The promoter accepts no liability for lost, damaged or delayed entries.
7. The winners may be asked, but not required, to take part in publicity.
8. By participating in the Lotto, entrants agreed to be bound by these terms & conditions & the judges' decision will be final.
9. Winners of prizes will be notified in writing within 14 days.
10. A list of prize winners is available from the promoter on request.
11. The promoter reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions at its discretion.
12. The promoter is Lucid Creations Limited trading as Rugby Lotto of Unit 1B, Spinnaker Court, Becketts Wharf, Hampton Wick, KT1 4ER who manages the lotto on behalf of London Wasps.

The first draw is planned for December 15th 2007 and once undertaken will be drawn every week.
