Physical fitness for rugby is a relative term describing the level of development of one or more of the components of fitness which are; Endurance, strength, speed, suppleness and skill; all of which can be vital for a rugby player. Therefore conditioning sessions are now seen as a normal part in any rugby team's training week. These sessions can either be delivered Outside, in a Gymnasium or even in a Swimming Pool depending on your bespoke programme needs and the facilities available at your school. Our sessions are available during any part of the academic year (in-school or as an After-School Club) or during the school holidays (pre-season camps or skills & fitness camps).

Schools should be prepared to offer either funded sessions, part-funded sessions or large group ticket sales-linked sessions to become involved in this initiative.
