Community Foundation - Five Pillars of Activity
The London Wasps Community Foundation is the charitable arm of London Wasps and was established in 2007 to help build a legacy for sport, education, health and social cohesion within our community. We use the London Wasps brand, professional players and high quality staff to educate, motivate and inspire people through the power of sport to live an active and healthy lifestyle.

- Grassroots Sport - to grow the existing schools programmes which encourage participation in sport with a focus on rugby
- Club Development Programme - developing a club programme with elements such as 'Coach the Coach', a seminar programme on sponsorship, fitness and marketing plus a fundraising programme. These will all assist the Youth Sporting Clubs to grow and develop
- Health - to develop a healthy lifestyle programme focussing on activity, motivation,
anti-smoking and non-alcohol - Social Cohesion - to develop a greater understanding in young people of what anti-social behaviour is. The main aim is to develop safer environments / communities for the individuals involved
- Education - using 'The Power of Sport' to motivate young people to learn using cross-curriculum learning techniques
