What is a Concession Ticket?
Concessionary rates are for juniors (16 years of age or under), Senior Citizens (60 years of age or over), and full-time students. To receive a concession price, the customer must show appropriate proof (i.e. valid passport, driver’s licence and/or student card)

Seating for young supporters?
Children under the age of 3 (on the date of the fixture) can attend free of charge however, they will have to sit on a parent’s knee throughout the game. Children over 3 years of age are required to have a match day ticket.

When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets purchased before the Wednesday of a match will be posted to the address listed on the booking form. After this time, tickets will be available for collection from the Information Centre at Adams Park Stadium on weekdays during office hours or from Box Office No. 2 on match days (collection can be made up to 2 hours before Kick Off).

What happens if I forget/lose my match day ticket?
Match day tickets may not be duplicated or re-printed. Your match ticket is essential to gain admission into the stadium. Please ensure you keep it safe. No match ticket = no admission. Tickets can be reprinted on the day with proof of identification but will incur a re-print fee of £1.50 per ticket

When am I entitled to a refund?
The Community refund policy is in line with the Box Office Ticketing Policy for Adams Park Stadium.

Where should I park on a match day?
There are several modes of transport available to fans looking to travel to Adams Park Stadium, which are detailed on the below links:

FREE Park & Ride – London Wasps run free park and ride services for all home games
Pay on the day – Premium & Standard parking options are available varying from £5 to £10 per car
Community Coaches & Mini buses – there are 20 FREE bus and coach parking spaces available for our Community Groups; based strictly on a first come, first served basis. Groups requiring complimentary coach or bus parking should contact Joanna Hawley at least 3 weeks prior to the fixture
Disabled Parking – The Club provides limited complimentary car parking at the stadium. These spaces are available to all blue badge holders on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved at any time
