What is a Concession Ticket?
Concessionary rates are for juniors (16 years of age or under), Senior Citizens (60 years of age or over), and full-time students. To receive a concession price, the customer must show appropriate proof (i.e. valid passport, driver’s licence and/or student card)
Seating for young supporters?
Children under the age of 3 (on the date of the fixture) can attend free of charge however, they will have to sit on a parent’s knee throughout the game. Children over 3 years of age are required to have a match day ticket.
When will I receive my tickets?
All tickets purchased before the Wednesday of a match will be posted to the address listed on the booking form. After this time, tickets will be available for collection from the Information Centre at Adams Park Stadium on weekdays during office hours or from Box Office No. 2 on match days (collection can be made up to 2 hours before Kick Off).
What happens if I forget/lose my match day ticket?
Match day tickets may not be duplicated or re-printed. Your match ticket is essential to gain admission into the stadium. Please ensure you keep it safe. No match ticket = no admission. Tickets can be reprinted on the day with proof of identification but will incur a re-print fee of £1.50 per ticket
When am I entitled to a refund?
The Community refund policy is in line with the Box Office Ticketing Policy for Adams Park Stadium.
