Our "Ahead of the Game" programme offers coaching-led activities between 1st June and 1st September for Minis, Juniors and Seniors Squads who want to receive high quality coaching in return for guaranteed match ticket purchases for one of our Aviva Premiership Rounds 2 to 6 fixtures at Adams Park Stadium. The sessions will be bespoke to your needs and can include areas such as:

• Introduction to Tag Rugby
• Introduction to "Shaping The Game" specific to the age-group
• Introduction to Contact Rugby
• Introduction to 15-a-side Rugby
• Decision-making in attack
• Decision-making in defence
• Fitness & Conditioning for rugby
• Game Planning
• Ruck and Maul
• Support play
• Tackle technique & Turnover technique

Sessions will be delivered at the age-groups home venue where possible on weekday evenings, weekends or daytime during the Summer Holidays.
